Data protection and staff council
Prilog runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. You receive the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR before you sign the contract. Documents for the staff council (Personalrat) and a template for the data protection impact assessment are included — you don’t have to research them first.
Relieving the school office
Sick notes, leave requests, late arrivals — parents handle them by smartphone, recorded centrally instead of on slips of paper. The phone rings less in the morning, and the school office gains time.
Clear costs
One contract instead of many. No set-up fee, no surcharges for servers, cancel monthly. We will tell you the price for your school on request.
No lock-in
You can leave at any time: exporting your data as JSON and CSV is built in. We want to keep you through quality, not through contracts.
